Listing your property is completely free of charge.

our representatives will contact you in order to
schedule a visit of your house or apartment.
During this visit we will set up a detailed
description sheet of your property and also make a
series of photos of the property, together with its
facilities.
In correspondence with your wishes and whilst
meeting up with current and reasonable market prices
we shall establish a net owner rental rate. Our
commission will be included in the final rate billed
to our clients.
On
request we can set up a tailor made property
management plan. This enables us to manage the
rental process from the beginning to the end. Your
apartment will be inspected and fully cleaned before
arrival and after departure of the guests. Is goes
without saying that the general contact and
spokesperson during their stay will always be
