Making a reservation is simple! First please
contact
us in order to verify up-to-date availability from a
specific property.
Once this is done we set up a rental agreement between
us. You need to return us two signed copies. You can
either do this by regular mail or, which is faster,
by fax message.
You will also receive the corresponding invoice. At the
time of booking a prepayment of 50% is required
through bank transfer. The remaining amount is to be
paid one month prior to arrival. Once you have
fulfilled your first payment you will receive a
payment notification and a countersigned copy of the
rental agreement by E-mail.
Besides the rental sum we also calculate a security
deposit in the invoice. Depending on the property
this is between 150 € and 750 €. This amount
will be reimbursed to your bank account upon your
departure and verification of the property.
You can cancel without any obligations up till six
months prior to arrival. There are no costs attached
to this and any possible payments will be fully
refunded. If your cancellation takes place in less
than six months prior to arrival we maintain
cancellation fees which are clearly indicated in the
rental agreement.
We advise to subscribe to a travel- and cancellation
insurance. |
